Jessica Lind studied screenplay and dramaturgy at the Vienna Film Academy and Media Technology at the FH St. Pölten. As a writer she is working on screenplays and novels. Her first feature film RUBIKON, co-authored by director Leni Lauritsch, premiered in 2022. RUBIKON is a Science Fiction Film set at a space station, featuring an international cast. Lind's first novel MAMA was published in 2021. The novel was awarded as the best german-speaking debut of 2021.
As a dramaturg she accompanied Jessica Hausner’s screenplay work of the uncanny Science-Fiction-Drama LITTLE JOE, that premiered in 2019 in Cannes. Jessica is a board member of the Drehbuchverband Austria. She won several prices and scholarships such as Carl-Mayer-Drehbuchpreis 2019, 21st Klagenfurter Literaturkurs 2017 and 23rd Open Mike 2015.
In 2024 her second novel KLEINE MONSTER was published.
